How is this different from FPL?
FPL is a points race — everyone accumulates points and the highest total wins. Draftball is head-to-head: you draft a squad no one else can pick, then face a different opponent each gameweek across seven categories. You win matches, not points — a real table, real matchups, and players FPL overlooks become genuinely valuable.
How does the draft work?
Managers pick one player per round in snake order — once a player's taken, he's off the board, no overlap. The draft is 15 rounds, with a min/max per position so you can shape your squad and still field a full lineup every week.
Can we start mid-season?
Yes. Most leagues draft before the PL kicks off, but you can start at any point — fantasy fixtures map to the remaining gameweeks, so jump in whenever your group is ready.
Is it really free?
